3. Orders & Payment
- All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an order.
- We accept major credit/debit cards and UPI via Stripe.
- Your payment information is encrypted and processed securely.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location and courier partner availability. Festival Dry Fruits is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external circumstances.
Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of dry fruits:
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.
- Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
